We’re Josh and Courtney Royko, working professionals and uptown Hoboken locals with a passion for real estate and design. Over the course of buying, renovating, and selling a few homes, it dawned on us that despite doing most of the work to find and sell our homes, an exorbitant sum had gone to agent commissions. Josh is an MBA educated, NJ & NY licensed agent with a passion for real estate and data - he runs the sales and tech side of the house here at My Hoboken Home. In addition to working evenings and weekends as a licensed Realtor with Elite Realtors of NJ, he is the Director of a large analytics group charged with the oversight of tens of billions of dollars in Federal procurement spend each year. He’s a proud Army Veteran and an avid runner, having run 2 marathons and several half-marathons.
Courtney is a senior-level corporate marketing professional with an eye for design and staging. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations and runs the marketing, communications, and advertising side of the house here at My Hoboken Home. Real estate runs in Courtney’s blood - her grandparents opened a real estate brokerage more than 50 years ago and she was hooked on real estate at an early age. She’s sure to help your home look its best when selling and she’ll help you envision what your new home could be if you’re looking to buy and renovate to suit your taste.
